Children's Residential Care Worker

Provide 1:1 emotional support and guidance to our children and young people.
Create a warm, safe home environment
Plan and attend off-site social activities and support educational goals.
Maintain daily logs and write accurate reports for care planning and review meetings.
To be a strong advocate for our young people

We are looking for a dedicated Children's Residential Care Worker to join our home in Braintree, Essex. No prior experience is necessary as we provide full comprehensive training. If you are compassionate, resilient, and want to make a genuine impact on the lives of young people, we want to hear from you., Full UK driving licence is preferred.
Adaptable, empathetic, and resilient
Must be available for rotational shifts and mandatory sleep-ins.

Shifts are 2-3 days per week (08:00am to 11:00pm + sleep-in).
Fully funded NVQ Level 4 Children and Young People's Workforce after 6 months.
Fully paid two week induction
