We'll pay for you to gain your Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, plus all the support and training you need to succeed. What You'll Do as a Residential Care Worker:

  • Build positive, supportive relationships with young people up to 18. Assist with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing. Participating in school life and leading educational and life skills activities Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement.
  • Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals. Follow a shift pattern (with sleep-ins) Part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month) as well as full time options (Sleep-ins required)

    Full UK Manual Driving Licence Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help. A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations Willingness to complete (fully funded) QCF Level 3 training A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive. Right to work in the UK We do not use agency staff; therefore, we do require people to be flexible to cover shifts.
  • 0394 £34,320 per year, including sleep-ins
