Were offering a unique opportunity to work in a new Childrens Residential Home in Wimborne. This role involves supporting children with learning disabilities to help them feel safe and empowered. Support workers will engage in activities like school runs, mealtimes, and play, and help children build life skills and independence. The role includes being part of a team that ensures safety and care, handling challenging behaviors calmly, and participating in sleep-ins. Qualifications for Level 3 in Residential Childcare are encouraged, though not required, as training is provided.
