Role Overview


Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This involves supporting them through the highest highs and lowest lows. Our team leaders help our young people regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults - an incredibly rewarding role. Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcomes for those in our care. Our team leaders are fulfilled by affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things.


Responsibilities



  • Taking care of young people daily, ensuring smooth operations, and creating lasting memories.

  • Supporting and supervising staff team to meet high standards.

  • Prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers.

  • Relating to and building relationships with young people.

  • Providing leadership that inspires colleagues.

  • Salary: Base salary of £36,568 - £44,072

  • Bonuses: Up to 3 sleep ins per month (paid at £80 per sleep, approx. £2,880 per year)

  • Welcome Bonus: £1,000 after 6 months of employment

  • Loyalty Bonus: £1,000 after 12 months of employment
