Role Overview
Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This involves being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. Our team leaders enable our young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults — an incredibly rewarding role.
There will be challenges, but also the smallest moments which feel like a huge small victory! Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcomes for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities
- Take care of our young people daily, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories.
- Support the staff team and maintain high standards in the home.
- Prepare to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers.
- Build relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, resilience, and support.
- Provide leadership that inspires colleagues.
What We Do for You
- Salary: Base salary of £36,568 - £44,072
- Bonuses: Up to 3 sleep ins per month paid at £80 per sleep, approx. £2,880 per year, plus attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year

Qualifications and Experience

- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification
