Full Job Description
The home consists of facilities to support and improve the lives of up to four children aged between 10 - 17 who may have experienced emotional trauma. Working within our Model of Care - Pillars of Parenting, we focus on each childs individual strengths to support them to develop and achieve positive outcomes.
