Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate person to join our team. This role will be within both the Special schools, supporting CYP complex physical health needs whilst they access their education & within community paediatric clinics.

The SNSN team are a highly experienced team, able to support you to develop clinical skills using a competency-based framework. You must be enthusiastic about working with children with complex needs, and display compassion and understanding. Excellent communication skills are essential, and team working is a must. Working within the SNSN team will provide you with a warm and friendly environment, committed to the care of children with complex needs. If you are committed to and have experience of working with children, especially in a health care setting, then this could be the opportunity for you., The role is a valuable opportunity to be part of an experienced team; you will be supported to develop clinical skills using a competency-based assessment framework. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. In return you will become part of a team that is warm and friendly and is committed to the children and young people we support. We are looking for committed colleagues, who have experience of working with children, preferably in a health care setting.
