Full Job Description

Live-in role: 4 days on, 7 off, then 3 days on, 7 off (averaging 39 hours per week over the month). About Keys Group Activity & Intervention: This is not your typical care role. You'll be based in a specialist residential setting where you live on-site during your 4 working days (with accommodation and meals provided). You'll support young people aged 8-18, helping them move away from challenging situations and develop positive routines, confidence, and independence. Our programme combines care with adventure - from climbing and kayaking to mountain biking and hiking. You'll play a key role in transforming lives, helping young people build resilience and create lasting positive change in a supportive, close-knit environment. What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and take part in outdoor activities (climbing, kayaking, hiking, biking)
  • Support young people through activity-based, structured care
  • Build strong relationships as a positive role model
  • Help develop life skills like cooking, budgeting, and daily routines
  • Manage behaviour using calm, trauma-informed approaches
  • Complete basic records and follow safeguarding processes

    Full UK Driving Licence
  • Aged 21+
  • Ability to take part in outdoor activities (Mountain biking, canoeing, climbing, and more)
  • Ability to work a live-in shift pattern (4 on / 7 off)
