Full Job Description
Do you have a passion for digital engagement and improving outcomes for children, young people and families? We are looking for a motivated and innovative Digital Engagement Officer to leadthe development and improvement of our digitalcommunications and online engagement across Children and Families services. In this exciting role, you will review and enhance our digital offer, helping families access high-quality information, support and services through accessible and engaging digital platforms. Working with colleagues, partners and communities, you willuse insight, technology and emerging digital solutions, to strengthen communication, increase engagement and support positive behaviour change among families.
- Degree-level qualificationin a relevant subject (such as Media and Communications or Public Health) or significant relevant experience in a digital,communications or marketing environment.
- Proven experience of creating andmanaging digital content and communications across a range of platforms, including websites, social media and online learning resources.
- Experience of engaging with diverse and seldom-heard communities,capturing service user voice and using insights to influence service delivery and improve accessibility.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to analyse and communicate complex information clearly and confidently to a rangeof audiences, including senior leaders.
- Ability to lead and influence others in digital innovation, manage competing priorities, identify and mitigate risks, and work effectively across complex organisational and partnership settings. In addition, we also expect you to share and to delivering accessible and inclusive services which meet the needs of all of our residents.
