About the Employer
New Studio Preschool is a well-established, voluntary pre-school based in North Kensington, providing high-quality early years education for children aged 2 to 5 years. With over 60 years of experience, the preschool is proud to welcome not only new families, but also the children and grandchildren of former pupils, reflecting its strong roots within the local community.
The preschool offers a nurturing, inclusive environment where children are encouraged to be themselves. Through play, exploration, creativity and fun, children develop confidence, kindness and a love of learning. A wide range of engaging activities, combined with the kind, thoughtful and attentive care provided by the staff team, ensures every child feels safe, happy and supported.
New Studio Preschool strongly believes that all children have the right to access high-quality childcare within their local community. Parents and carers are valued as equal partners in their children’s learning and development, and strong relationships with families are central to the preschool’s ethos.
One of the preschool’s most distinctive features is its large, secluded garden, offering children exceptional outdoor learning opportunities. Outdoor play is encouraged as much as possible, allowing children the freedom to explore, climb, run and play in a natural environment. A dedicated Forest School area has recently been developed within the garden, giving all children regular access to hands-on outdoor learning experiences.
