Introduction
Bright Beginnings are looking for 2 new Childcare Apprentices. You will be studying toward your Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship L2/ 3 dependent on prior experience/qualifications.

You will work as part of a friendly and supportive nursery team alongside experienced practitioners and educators. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a busy early years environment while developing your knowledge, skills and confidence as an Early Years Educator.
You will gain experience supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, building positive relationships with children and their families, preparing engaging activities and helping to create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment. You will also learn how experienced practitioners plan activities, support children's individual needs and promote positive behaviour and independence.
Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Support experienced practitioners with the day-to-day care, learning and development of children
- Help prepare and set up safe, stimulating and age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support children during play and encourage their curiosity, confidence, independence and social development
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, rest periods and transitions between activities
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for children
- Observe children's interests and development and share relevant information with the wider nursery team
- Support practitioners in following the nursery's policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements
- Work as part of the team to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is supported to develop
- Attend training and complete the required learning activities as part of the apprenticeship programme
