Introduction

Dalemor Explorers Nursery are looking for a new Childcare Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Early Years Educator apprenticeship Level 3.

Day-Day Responsibilities:

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based and planned learning activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor learning experiences
• Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues
• Observe children's progress and contribute to learning and development records under supervision
• Support the delivery of activities that promote communication, creativity and independence
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, hygiene and nursery policies at all times
• Work as part of a supportive team while developing your knowledge, skills and behaviours
• Complete all apprenticeship training and assignments, applying your learning within the nursery setting
• Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude whilst providing high-quality care for every child

Own transport is required for this apprenticeship such as driving or cycling due to infrequent public transport links to this location.
