Child Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (CYWP)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Child and Young Person's Wellbeing Practitioner (CYWP) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner who is confident delivering brief, low-intensity, evidence-based interventions and thrives in creative, flexible, and community-driven environments. .,

• Deliver evidence-based guided self-help for children and young people with mild to moderate emotional and mental health difficulties.
• Support young people and families through 1:1 sessions, group work, and drop-in conversations
• Co-deliver workshops and psychoeducation in various settings including #Thrive and community settings
• Work collaboratively with professionals across education, health, social care, and voluntary services.
• Promote mental health literacy and empower young people to build resilience and self-management skills
• Be part of a compassionate, skilled multi-disciplinary team focused on accessible, trauma-informed care.
