The Child Development Service (CDS) serves children with complex needs, physical or neurodiversity and their families in the Bradford district. We are a team made up of Doctors, Nurses,Preparation for Adulthood Team, and Child Development Assistants. The team work collaboratively alongside other agencies, striving to provide an excellent service for children and young people (CYP) and their families. As a team we work closely with families in order to ensure that the specific health needs of the CYP are met through assessment and the formulation of individualised treatment plans which promote independence. Additionally, our expert team signpost to the appropriate support of outside agencies and organisations, including social care and the voluntary sector., The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be trustworthy and professional, and have the ability to use available resources to provide a consistent and safe service to the children and families of the Bradford district, while supporting in doctor and nurse led clinics.
