Full Job Description
You will be developing and implementing Big Give's partnerships and philanthropy strategy while securing new funding commitments from high-net-worth individuals, foundations, trusts, and corporate partners. Building and nurturing a high-value pipeline of prospective funders and strategic partners will be a vital part of this new role alongside representing Big Give externally to accelerate awareness, influence, and funding growth, using this to develop long-term partnerships that maximise impact and sustainability. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a senior ambassador for Big Give across a range of sectors, increasing the organisation's profile, influence, and ability to attract transformational partnerships.

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Chief Partnerships Officer to drive significant funding growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and support our Managing Director in shaping the future of our organisation. This is a pivotal new role that will have plenty of opportunity to both shape and partner extensively with members of the senior leadership team and board across partnerships, philanthropy & growth., Required Skills & Qualifications:Significant experience in fundraising, across, multiple income stream.Demonstrable success in securing six and seven-figure funding commitments alongside the ability to steward and retainStrong commercial acumen and a revenue-growth mindset.Comfortable working in a tech-first organisation and proficient with digital tools such as CRM (Salesforce), AI, Google Suite, and Project Management Systems (Jira).Ability to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to review systems, processes and structures supporting partnerships and philanthropy activity.Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships.Experience representing organisations publicly through events, panels, speaking engagements, or media appearances.Leadership experience, capable of guiding teams through growth and change.
