As COO, you will be at the heart of strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the Foundation's commercial activities are sustainable, innovative, and aligned with its mission. You will oversee a wide remit including property, sustainability, events, retail, hospitality, and risk management. You will also serve as a Director on the Board of Rothschild Waddesdon Ltd (RWL), the Foundation's trading arm with a turnover of over £6m.,

• Lead and inspire a diverse team across operations, events, hospitality, and sustainability.
• Drive commercial performance and innovation across RWL's business units.
• Oversee capital projects, property management, and health & safety.
• Champion environmental sustainability and risk compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategic direction and cultural values.
• Represent the Foundation externally and report to the CEO and Board of Trustees
