Candidate Profile8+ years of senior management or Chief of Staff experience in executive coaching, consulting, or related fields.Proven ability to support executive teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and stakeholder management.Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and operational acumen.Experience with innovation, business transformation, or technology integration (AI experience advantageous).Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
