Full Job Description

  • Ensure effective technical governance and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across manufacturing engineering activities
  • Lead Special Process and Measurement activities as Technical Authority
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, skills development, resource deployment, financial planning and execution for manufacturing engineering functions
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in manufacturing processes
  • Own and manage relationships with all manufacturing engineering suppliers and service providers

    Bachelor's degree (BEng or equivalent) in Engineering, Metallurgy, or ChemistrySignificant experience in manufacturing engineering or technical leadership within a regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical governance, and safety/quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsChartered Engineer (or national equivalent) (preferred)

In this pivotal role, you will integrate manufacturing engineering activities, champion process standards, and lead special process and metrology activities. You will ensure high safety, quality, and innovation standards for all manufactured products and processes.,
