Your Role: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge transmission systems and precision rotating components. - Technical Leadership: Deliver technical work packages and whole projects, ensuring outstanding quality and profitability.
- Design & Development: Oversee the design and CAE analysis of advanced drivetrain, actuation, and electrified powertrain systems.
- Innovation: Pioneer new solutions to industry challenges, leveraging state-of-the-art tools like SMT MASTA, Romax, Ansys, and Matlab.
- Mentorship: Develop technical capabilities within the team and nurture emerging talent.
- Project Management: Lead large, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and strategic growth.
- Business Development: Collaborate on proposals, scope work, and generate revenue through strategic relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee precision 2D manufacturing drawings and maintain technical standards. What You'll Need
Proven leadership in developing rotating systems across sectors like automotive, aerospace, or defense. - Mastery of design, CAE tools, GD&T, and prototype-to-production processes.
- A track record of delivering innovative solutions and managing complex system integration projects.
- Strong customer relationship management and commercial acumen.
- Expertise with industry-standard tools and software (e.g., Creo, UGNX, Catia, Altair).
- Willingness to travel and a passion for mentoring others.
