  • Proven ability to lead multiple income streams and understand how different fundraising disciplines, audiences, and channels can work together to increase performance and long-term value.

  • A record of leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams through periods of growth, transformation, or organisational change.

  • Experience operating as part of a Senior Leadership Team, contributing to organisation-wide strategy and complex organisational decisions.

  • Deep fundraising and income-generation expertise, with a strategic understanding of supporter behaviour, audience development, brand and reputation, and the wider opportunities and challenges facing the charity sector.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to balance growth, investment, return, and long-term sustainability.
