Chief Finance Officer

As Chief Finance Officer, you will be a key member of the Trust's Board of Directors and Executive Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will provide excellent strategic leadership, direction and advice on finance-related matters and key business decisions ensuring the Trust fulfils all statutory requirements. You will play an essential role in discussions and negotiations with commissioners for existing and future contracts., For this pivotal role, we are seeking an individual who can demonstrate ambition for the Trust and its intention to make an application to become and Advanced Foundation Trust alongside a proven track record as a senior finance leader. You will be ready to contribute across the breadth of the Board's agenda including strategy development

We are seeking an exceptional and accomplished leader who is currently serving as Chief Finance Officer or is an experienced Deputy Chief Finance Officer within a comparable organisation., Experience of working with joint ventures and/or subsidiaries would be advantageous., You will provide strong, visible, compassionate and values-based leadership and bring a deep commitment to equalities and anti-racism. You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. An active commitment to the values and ethos of the Trust, with a focus on delivering quality services for our patients, is vital.
