Full Job Description
We are seeking an outstanding, values-driven and inclusive Chief Executive to lead the organisation into its next chapter. Working closely with the Chair, Board and Executive Team, you will provide the strategic leadership to strengthen quality and safety, improve access and outcomes, tackle health inequalities, improve and transform services and ensure long-term operational and financial sustainability. This is also a significant system leadership role. You will build trusted relationships with NHS, local government, social care and voluntary and community sector partners, using your influence and judgement to help shape more integrated, locally delivered care across Lancashire and South Cumbria., Above all, we are looking for an inspirational and authentic leader who shares our values of being kind, respectful, always learning and one team. You will be visible and approachable, inspire and develop our people, ensure that patients, families, carers and communities remain at the heart of our decisions and create the conditions for innovation and continuous improvement.
