This includes design coordination, compliance, programming, and assurance. The TWC acts as the key liaison between temporary works designers and site teams, ensuring safe and compliant implementation.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all temporary works activities and maintain the Temporary Works Register.
• Ensure design briefs are accurate and align with site requirements.
• Oversee design checks, approvals, and issue permits to load/dismantle.
• Supervise erection, use, maintenance, and dismantling of temporary works.
• Implement and monitor change control processes.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure proper maintenance.
• Review and approve contractor or in-house designs.
• Manage interfaces across production and subcontractor teams.
  
  Holds a valid TWC CITB Certification (or equivalent) and CSCS card.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in temporary works on large infrastructure/construction projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.
