Manager all aspects of the galley, including food preparation for the Brasserie restaurant and the crew mess room.The key responsabilities :

• Manage 2 Cook and Assistant Cook and stewards working in the Brasserie.
• Check all food stores delivered for quality freshness and ensure all stores are put away correctly.
• Work with the galley crew team to ensure a clean and tidy working environment.
• Ensure health and hygiene standards within the galley/stores.
• Undertake any duties deemed fit by the Cabin Manager.
• Ensure that personal health and safety is adhered.
• Deliver all training and coaching for the stewards and liaise with OBS Manager
• Waste management.
  
  Previous experience in food preparation
• Relevant Food Hygiene certification.
