Full Job Description

As Chief Audiologist, you will work at an advanced clinical level, managing complex paediatric caseloads and playing an important role in service development. You'll collaborate with the senior management team to deliver high-quality care, improve service pathways, and support workforce development initiatives., Reporting into the Hearing Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform the full range of advanced audiological assessments and interventions
  • Lead specialist clinics for complex paediatric cases
  • Develop areas of advanced practice within the team
  • Take a lead role in a defined clinical specialism
  • Support training and supervision of junior staff, students, and trainees
  • Line management
  • Contribute to service delivery planning, facility management, and quality improvement

    We're looking for a dedicated and experienced person to join us as Chief Audiologist. This is a fantastic chance to take on a leadership position within a dynamic paediatric audiology service., A recognised qualification in Audiology (BSc, Diploma in Audiology, or HND MPPM with BAAT/BAA Parts I & II or equivalent)
  • Registration with AHCS, HCPC, or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of postgraduate (M-level) study or equivalent experience
  • A background in paediatric audiology and complex case management
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
