30 hours per week

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic Lecturer who can deliver Chemistry to a high standard.

The successful candidate should hold a degree in Chemistry and have experience in the delivery of the AS/A2 curriculum.

The successful candidate will assist in the development of resources, support teaching programmes and in the development of the curriculum.

Experience in teaching within a school or college environment is essential. It is also essential to have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to working and the ability to work as part of a team.

The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.

  • Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
  • Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
