Comply with housekeeping rules.Provide analytical service and knowledge to internal and external customers based upon the chemists' current level of expertise.Occasionally visit customers when required to assist the Commercial team ( approx. 2 times per year).Ensure that all equipment and machines in your area of control are managed with regards to safety, maintenance, calibration, and availability.Perform project work in cooperation with a variety of internal and external contacts. About the role As a Fluid Analysis Chemist, you will perform laboratory testing, prepare and analyse customer samples, manage laboratory data, and contribute to technical problem-solving in a well-equipped analytical laboratory environment. We offer a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extension to up to 9 months, subject to business needs. Location: Fully onsite role based at our Manchester laboratory (Trafford Park) What You Will Do? Under close supervision, you will execute and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis/tests in a laboratory setting for current and/or new products.Implement new or improved analytical test methods to enhance capabilities, efficiency, and accuracy (repeatability & reproducibility).Carry out prescribed
