Full Job Description
- Assist chefs with food prep and cooking (sandwiches, grab-and-go items, basic hot meals) to a high standard.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all meals.
- Adapt dishes to meet dietary requirements and allergens.
UK residency for the past 3 years & ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks. - Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (e.g. HACCP)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and pride in food presentation
