A fresh chapter is coming to The Red Lion. Come and help us make it something special.

We're refurbishing The Red Lion and building a kitchen team ready to welcome guests back. We're looking for chefs at all stages of their careers, whether you're developing your skills, confident running a section, or ready to bring years of experience to a new team.

What matters most to us is your passion for good food, pride in what you serve and willingness to work together. You'll be part of a team creating memorable meals in a beautiful pub, with the support to keep learning and progress.

What we're looking for

You might be an experienced chef or still building your confidence in a professional kitchen. If you can bring a positive attitude, care about quality and enjoy being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll help prepare and serve great food, follow our recipes and standards, look after your section and keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised. You'll need the right to work in the UK.
