Full Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, reliable and hardworking Chef to deliver high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a consistently excellent dining experience.,
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to company specifications.
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
- Manage stock effectively, including ordering, rotation and minimising waste.
- Monitor portion control to maximise GP while maintaining quality.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and fully compliant at all times.
- Complete all daily, weekly and monthly food safety documentation.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
- Support the development of seasonal menus and specials where required.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained and reported if faulty.
- Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Train and support junior kitchen team members where appropriate.
- Follow all company policies, health & safety procedures and allergen legislation., Every Chef is expected to uphold the company's core values by delivering:

Previous experience working as a chef in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality environment. - Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- Knowledge of allergen legislation.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays., Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (preferred).
- Right to work in the UK.
