As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering quality food, quickly and consistently, ensuring every dish supports a seamless guest experience. What you'll be doing Delivering quality food at pace

• Preparing and cooking menu items to brand specification
• Maintaining consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
• Delivering food within expected service times
Executing service
• Working efficiently during peak periods to maintain service flow
• Communicating clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Adapting to changing demand during busy trading
Maintaining standards
• Keeping high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Ensuring workstations are set up and maintained correctly
Contributing to the team
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth service
