• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and innovative Latin American dishes, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment at all times.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to manage busy periods and maintain smooth service.
• Contribute to menu development, bringing creative ideas while preserving the authenticity of our offerings.
  
  Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Latin American cuisine or fast-paced street food environments.
