- Prepare and cook dishes to Spaghetti Tree standards
- Maintain cleanliness & kitchen organisation
- Support stock control, prep & daily service flow
- Work closely with senior chefs to uphold quality
- Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Help contribute to menu development and specials
