Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace before, during, and after service Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation Uphold strict food safety & hygiene standards Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture
What you'll bring
