Cook chicken, lamb, and kebabs over a traditional charcoal grill. Prepare and cook food to a high standard. Maintain food hygiene and safety standards. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Keep the grill station clean and organised.
Experience with charcoal grilling is essential. Ability to work under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Team player with a positive attitude. Right to work in the UK.
