Full Job Description

Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to a high standard, with a particular focus on pizza and pasta.
Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, and other kitchen essentials.
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Manage preparation tasks efficiently during busy service periods.
Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
Follow food safety procedures and restaurant standards at all times.

Fiena is looking for a skilled and passionate Italian Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience preparing authentic Italian dishes, particularly pizza and pasta, and be able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment., Previous experience working as an Italian Chef in a restaurant.
Strong experience in preparing and cooking pizza and pasta is essential.
Good knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and passionate about food.
Flexibility to work six days per week.

£14.25-£17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Full-time employment, six days per week.
