We have immediate opportunities available within schools and contract catering sites, offering flexible work, regular bookings and ongoing assignments. The Role
• Running the day-to-day kitchen operation
• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food
• Leading and supporting the kitchen team
• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
• Managing stock and minimising food waste
• Ensuring meals are prepared and served on time
• Working closely with the client and catering team
  
  Previous experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef or Senior Chef
• Experience leading or supervising a kitchen team
• Contract catering or education experience is desirable
• Food Safety Level 2
• Food Allergen Awareness
• Reliable, professional and flexible approach
