Full Job Description
- Prepare and cook authentic Turkish and/or Lebanese dishes
- Maintain consistency in flavour, presentation and portion control
- Support menu preparation and kitchen set-up ahead of opening
- Manage your section efficiently during service
- Maintain high food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Support stock control, preparation and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
We're looking for a chef with strong experience in Turkish, Lebanese or wider Middle Eastern cuisine"", who can help deliver consistently high-quality food in a busy restaurant environment., Previous experience working with Turkish or Lebanese cuisine Strong knowiedge of relevant cooking techriques, marinades, grils, metze and traditional dishes - Experience in a quality restaurant environment
