Full Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operation of a 24-hour catering facility serving 400-500 covers daily across breakfast, lunch, evening, and night services.
Lead a team of 10, including an Assistant Chef and General Assistants.
Deliver a high-quality food offer including mains, salads, breakfasts, and snacks.
Oversee menu planning, food safety, Health & Safety, stock control, and compliance.
Drive profit protection through waste reduction, cost control, and labour management.
Maintain excellent service standards and client satisfaction while ensuring operational efficiency.
