Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to support a variety of hospitality and catering operations across Nottingham and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Chef Manager who enjoys leading teams, maintaining exceptional standards, and delivering high-quality food service. As a Chef Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure clients receive an outstanding catering experience.,
- Oversee the day-to-day running of busy kitchen operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
- Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

To be considered for this Chef Manager position, you must have: - Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
