Chef Level 1

The Chef will work alongside members of the catering team providing a high quality of catering provision to students/staff and visitors to the academy. They will assist in a smooth operation on a daily basis including ordering, menu planning and costings. The postholder will be expected to support in developing the commercial business, coming up with new ideas and initiatives. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the catering function within the academy.
