Fiorenza Restaurant is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our established Italian restaurant in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional with strong culinary and leadership skills to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment, delivering authentic Italian cuisine to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality, authentic Italian dishes
• Support the development of seasonal menus in collaboration with management
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and food cost control
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  
  Minimum 12 months' experience as a Chef in a 5-star dining environment or similar hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, including cheeses, meats, oils, wines, and traditional cooking techniques
• Proven leadership and team-working abilities
• Experience working in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed to career development in high-end restaurants
• Demonstrated ability to uphold high culinary and operational standards
  
  Competitive salary from £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
