We are looking for a Production Chef. Looking to work in a company with a friendly environment and sustainable ethos? Join our production kitchen where we cook pulse-based recipes in bulk and distribute them in reusable containers or pack them as ready meals for the supermarkets. The recipes for the mass production are very specific and need to abide with Haccap rules. Organisational skills required, ability to manage and operate the production kitchen, maintaining a good atmosphere. Experience in running batch cooking kitchens is essential.
