Full Job Description
We're a London meal-prep and delivery company looking for a skilled chef to join our kitchen team two days a week. You'll be cooking fresh and authentic Asian dishes for our weekly menu in a busy production kitchen.
- Proven experience cooking East Asian cuisine, specifically Chinese (or similar)
- Experienced with batch cooking large quantities to a consistent standard
- Confident working to recipes, portion sizes, and cost targets
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production kitchen
- Reliable, organised, and a good team player
- Food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus)
