  • Deliver professional and attentive food and beverage service in line with brand standards
  • Take ownership of a designated section, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Guide guests through the menu, providing knowledgeable recommendations on dishes and beverages
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Set up and maintain tables to the highest presentation standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively with a personalised approach
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback with professionalism and care
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout service
  • Support junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring consistent service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and company policies and procedures
  • Uphold impeccable standards of grooming, communication and service excellence

    We are seeking a confident and detail-driven individual who brings elegance, professionalism and a passion for hospitality. You should have:
  • Previous experience in a Chef de Rang or food and beverage service role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and guest experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a section effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging approach
  • Good knowledge of food and beverages, with a desire to continue learning
  • A proactive mindset, anticipating guest needs and supporting the team
  • Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards
  • A collaborative approach, working seamlessly with colleagues across departments
