- Deliver warm, engaging service through excellent communication, creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and their guests
- Ensure your section is impeccably set up to the highest standards.
- Delivering a first-class experience to members and their guests
- Ensure all orders are coded accurately, including highlighting allergens and dietary requirements
- Work seamlessly with team members and other departments to maintain smooth and efficient service.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is looking for an experienced, organised and detail-oriented Chef de Rang to join us in The Great Gallery. Working with a fantastic team you will be passionate about delivering a excellent dining experience for members and guests, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times., - Experience delivering 5 service in a similar environment
- Basic Food hygiene level 1 and 2
- Awareness of Licencing laws
- Passionate about delivering first-class customer experience
