Full Job Description
- Deliver impeccable table service across our fine-dining restaurants and bars, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, sommeliers and other front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of courses.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, wine lists and special dietary requirements, providing confident recommendations.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, presentation and safety in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide and Michelin expectations.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning any concerns into opportunities to reinforce our commitment to excellence.
- Contribute to the upkeep of the service area, ensuring it remains elegant, organised and ready for each service.
Proven experience in a senior front-of-house role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen to guests and colleagues, and convey information clearly.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage and wine service, including handling special dietary requests.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining poise, attention to detail and high standards.
- Team-oriented mindset with a track record of fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, embracing curiosity and continuous improvement.
