Full Job Description

Temper Restaurants is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We're known for bold, fire-led cooking, quality ingredients and lively restaurants. You'll take ownership of your section and help deliver great food consistently, even during busy services. What you'll do

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to Temper's standards.
  • Run your section efficiently during service.
  • Complete prep and set-up for your section.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
  • Help control stock, reduce waste and support kitchen cost control.
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team and support junior chefs.

    Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to progress.
  • Good preparation, cooking and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Pride in delivering consistent, well-presented food.
  • Food safety knowledge; a relevant food hygiene qualification is an advantage.
