Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Prepare a variety of Mediterranean dishes, focusing on grilled meats, pan-fried items, and fresh vegetable preparations.
Contribute to the creation of our in-house mezes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff.
