Chef De Partie Turkish and English Speaker - Haz Restaurant - London

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, efficient preparation, and smooth service operations. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.,

• Take full ownership of the assigned kitchen section (grill, sauté, garnish, pastry, etc.)
• Complete daily mise en place accurately and on time
• Prepare all menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations
• Maintain speed, organisation, and control during service hours
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Sous Chef/Head Chef
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards
• Support the training and development of new team members
• Use kitchen equipment correctly and report any faults or maintenance needs
• Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and closing procedures
  
  Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced kitchens
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Food Safety Level 2 preferred)
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
• Team-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
